Nicholas Sandomirsky joined Kegel, Tobin & Truce in 2011. He represents insured employers and their carriers in the defense of matters before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board.
Experience: Mr. Sandomirsky began his legal career as an associate in the Los Angeles office of Alston & Bird, where he worked on both transactions and litigation related to the financial evaluation, zoning, permitting, and environmental assessment of a variety of land development projects. Prior to joining Kegel, Tobin & Truce, Mr. Sandomirsky practiced for two years with the firm of Levy, Stern, Ford & Wallach, where he represented applicants in matters before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board.
Education: Earning his Bachelor of Arts in Visual and Environment Studies from Harvard University in 1998, Nicholas went on to earn his Masters’ Degree in Urban Planning from the University of Southern California in 2004. He received his law degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2007.
