Nicholas Sandomirsky grew up in Massachusetts where he spent his free time cheering for the Boston Celtics and the Boston Red Sox. While in Massachusetts, he attended Harvard University and received an undergraduate degree in Visual and Environmental Studies. Nick moved to California in 2002 and attended the University of Southern California. He pursued and received a Masters’ Degree in Urban Planning. Not entirely done with school yet, Nick decided to go to law school. He attended the University of Southern California Gould School of Law where he graduated and received his law degree in 2007.
Nick began his legal career as an associate in the Los Angeles office of the law firm Alston & Bird. His practice focused on transactions and litigation related to financial evaluation, zoning, permitting, and environmental assessment of land development projects. Nick’s next career move brought him to the law firm of Levy, Stern, Ford & Wallach. This transition allowed him to pivot his practice to represent applicants in matters before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board. He spent two years practicing at this firm.
