Patrick Guerrero is a dedicated and experienced workers’ compensation lawyer. Since 2017, he has worked with Kegel, Tobin & Truce. Mr. Guerrero proudly serves his clients from the firm’s Rancho Cucamonga office. He represents insurance carriers and employers in workers’ compensation matters. Mr. Guerrero regularly appears in front of the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board. Also, he assists clients during all phases of litigation.

A dedication to his clients and a strong education has helped Mr. Guerrero become among the best in his field. He graduated cum laude from the University of California, Irvine. There, Mr. Guerrero earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science. He then earned a Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2013.

Mr. Guerrero has experience in other areas of law as well. While in law school, he served as a legal extern to Judge Stephen A. Marcus of the Los Angeles County Superior Court. After that, clerked at the Dependency Legal Group of San Diego, California. In this position, Mr. Guerrero helped parents through the juvenile dependency process. He has also worked for the Major Crimes Unit of the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.

Before joining Kegel, Tobin & Truce, Mr. Guerrero worked as an associate with a Los Angeles workers’ compensation defense firm. There, he worked through all aspects of workers’ comp defense litigation. His experience allows him to succeed in all aspects of workers’ compensation law.
